都可以。

我一般买scotch fillet(rib eye). 肥瘦相间，肉嫩，无渣，膻味小。

有的超市有卖大坨的

108那个电动的估计只能切ham，冻肉费劲
手动如果有小巧不占地方容易清理一年用两次不生锈的推荐就好了

切肉机常用最好要上商用版，我买过三个家庭版质量都不行，现在用的以前肉店用的老款切肉机，完全不是一个档次，自带固定角度磨刀石，刀片锋利、滑轨顺畅。但缺点是1、重，二十到三十公斤，2、占地方，至少要一个大微波炉的位置。

朋友帮买的，在国内没有电话卡。不能用京东和微信付款。只记得差点300人民币，用了一年多了，质量杠杠的，没有任何地方生锈，刀也快，每周都用一次。
